TCWB - M30TG - 2 Nut Tapping Machine

Introducing 

The TCWB - M30TG - 2 is a 30 - type double - spindles pass - through nut tapping machine.

 It features a 250mm pallet stroke, GHH30CAX660 feed linear guideway, and 3210X450 feed ball screw for stable operation. With a 90 - degree baiting angle, it can handle nuts up to φ35 outer diameter and threads less than nominal size ×2.

 Equipped with 2 spindles, main spindle servo motors (4.4KW/5.5KW), and an Inovance touch screen/main engine, it ensures precision. Productivity per spindle is 8 - 15pcs/min.

 Overall dimensions are 1750X1750X1900mm, weighing about 3200KG. Ideal for efficient nut - tapping in industrial settings.
