The TCST-42RS-1-SSF is a single - spindle vertical reciprocating nut tapping machine for nut - processing tasks.

 Core Parameters

 - Tapping Head: Slide stroke 0 - 270mm, main spindle stroke 0 - 180mm, 1 main spindle. Feed ball screw: SFNUR205X420. For M18 - M42 nuts, main spindle servo motors (4.4kw - 7.5kw/1500rpm) and 1.8kw/1500rpm feed servo motor are used. Reducer ratios: 1:4 - 1:7.

- Bailing Track: 22 - degree bailing angle for smooth blanking.
